Custom Designed BathroomThis is our latest custom designed bathroom by Linda Whaley in the Hockessin/Newark area. We would like to thank the homeowners and our staff for all of their effort in making this a beautiful and very functional bathroom and new living area. This room was a full demolition. This space used to be a laundry room with a shared wall to a tiny powder room. The laundry was moved to the basement. The plumbing lines were relocated for the new bathroom. Design requirements: An in-law bathroom/bedroom suite that includes an ADA accessible bathroom with spa elements. Elements used in the design:
Removed old window, installed new larger window, casing and sill in new location to bring in more light and the view of their beautiful back yard. New bedroom also has a pocket french door with new pediment and casing and steps with oak railing. Front existing entry door with custom built pediment.
